SEO TOOLS: SEO Rank now SEO Standard

The SEO Rank is now called SEO Standard. The name change was precipitated by numerous factor, not the least of which was domain name availability. SEOStandard.org is the official home of the SEO Standard and it's information. We are also beginning a SourceForge.net project for the Python desktop version of the calculator tool.
